What we collect

Reading without an account requires no personal information. With an account we store your email, subscription status (via Paddle), reading progress, and bookshelf. Analytics events record which words are looked up by dictionary root and level — never tied to your identity in a way that exposes what you personally read.

What we never do

We don't sell personal data. We don't run third-party advertising. We don't send push notifications about streaks — or anything else designed to make you feel you owe the app.

Processors

Paddle (payments, merchant of record), Supabase (database and authentication), PostHog (product analytics), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting).
