Refund Policy

If Wikowí isn't right for you, email hello@wikowi.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it — no interrogation. Annual plans cancelled later than 14 days are refunded pro-rata for unused full months at our discretion. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

Cancelling stops future charges immediately; your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
